Adhesive Dispensing Ltd is a leading supplier of performance fluid dispensing products, components and accessories. Our dispensing systems range from manual hand applicators to XYZ robots. Syringe barrels, pistons, tips, cartridges, nozzles and dual components are safe to use under air pressures to 100 psi. Components are certified silicone-free guaranteeing that silicone release agents will not contaminate fluids dispensed from them. Syringe barrels are available in 4 sizes. In 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc. And in 3 colours – clear, amber and black.

A choice of 3 piston styles is available. A standard white wiper type, an easy flow blue with less restriction and a flat walled red for stringy viscous pastes. Syringe barrels are available with a range of caps to seal both ends for material storage or shipping. Our barrels are zero draft to ensure the pistons move down inside without restriction. Tips range from precision metal types, smooth flow tapered tips, brush tips, Teflon tips and bend type. All tips are luer lock for secure attachment to syringes and fittings at high pressures. Our cartridges range from 2.5oz to 32oz size for use in manual and pneumatic guns. Nozzles attach to cartridges with a ¼” NPT thread. We also supply dual component cartridges, mixer nozzles and luer lock dispense bottles.

700 series barrels In five sizes and three colours

Barrels are manufactured from high-density polypropylene plastics and are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing systems up to 100-psi pressures. The wall thickness for these barrels is much thicker than a standard syringe to make it safer to use with any dispensing equipment. Barrels can be used with a wiper piston to provide a seal on the fluid level inside as well as wiping all fluid from the inside of the barrel as it moves down. A high quality barrel and piston will reduce drips and ooze after each deposit is made. A poor fit will waste material by allowing leaking in between dispense cycles. Luer lock barrels allow tips and fittings to be twisted on for a secure leak free fit. This is particularly important when dispensing fluids at high pressures. Standard clear barrels are used with most pastes, glues, adhesives, silicones, primers, gels and lubricants. Amber barrels are used for fluids that can be affected by UV light. Black barrels are for UV curable adhesives that must not be exposed to light. Our barrels are the most cost effective high quality products available.

Pistons ensure that the pressure is evenly spread across the fluid surface to provide consistent dispensing. Wiper seal pistons prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the syringe barrel wall clean as fluid is dispensed. Maximum operating pressure is 100psi (6.9bar). Wiper pistons (white) are industry standard and a slightly tighter fit for use with low to medium viscosity fluids or with mechanical devices such as our TS700 series manual syringe gun to prevent leakage past the double wiping edges. New "Easy Flow" pistons (blue) are recommended for most general applications as they ensure no material residue is left on the syringe barrel walls while dispensing. Straight walled pistons (red) are recommended for reduced stringing and "bouncing" with high viscosity products.

7550LL1BPK Barrels and pistons are available in bulk value packs of 500 and 1000. When ordering, just add -500 or -1000 behind the above part numbers. Pistons are made of plastic and have dual blades to wipe the adhesive, paste or liquid from inside the syringe barrel as they move down. The blades also act to stop liquids from going past them as they dispense. Once a syringe has liquid inside, insert the piston and push down on one side. This will allow air to escape and ensures the piston sits directly on the fluid without an air gap. When bottom-filling a syringe using a barrel filler, the piston is pushed down to the base of the empty barrel and moves up as the liquid is fed into the syringe barrel. This method of filling is both quick and reduces air entrapment. Please see our range of syringe filling stations.

700 series cap seals End cap and tip caps

Re-usable end caps for sealing the top of the syringe barrel in sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc. Polyethylene for an air tight seal preventing any leaks and ensuring fluids can be stored safely inside the barrel. Tip caps are used on the luer lock end of any sized syringe barrel, cartridge adapter or metering valve and feature a double helix thread for secure leak free attachment. Caps are silicone and chloride free to prevent contamination of any fluids stored inside syringe barrels. End caps provide an airtight seal onto our 700 series syringe barrels. They push over the barrel flange end and snap lock into place creating an airtight seal. End caps are ideal for storage once syringe barrels are filled. Tip caps provide an airtight seal onto any luer lock or luer slip syringe barrel. With all luer lock syringes, they twist onto the thread. For all luer slip syringes, they push over the protruding plastic tip and hold on due to the internal cap taper. Tip caps can be used to seal the ends of dispense valves and any other male luer lock fittings.

Air tubing should be periodically checked for any signs of wear or damage. The O- ring on the head should be kept clean and replaced if it is damaged or contaminated. An inline filter trap is used on the adapter assembly hose for low viscosity liquids to prevent suck back into a pneumatic fluid dispenser. Supplied with barb fittings and clamp for self-assembly. Manual syringes Handheld syringe assemblies

Manual syringe assemblies in sizes from 1ml to 60ml supplied either graduated or unmarked. Select from luer lock tip end (twist on) or luer slip (push on) tip attachment. Syringes are supplied pre- assembled and ready for use with any of our standard luer lock dispense tips. Hand syringe assemblies for use with most adhesives, glues, inks, solvents and gels. Tip caps seal the tip end when the needle tip is removed to provide a leak free seal. All syringes are supplied in sealed small packs. We also supply bulk quantities of 500 and 1000. Tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. When dispensing Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend selecting our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips. General-purpose tips will dispense most liquids. All tips are safe for use up to 100-psi pressure. Tips are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial use. Products are certified silicone-free components to ensure they do not contaminate any fluids or adhesives that are dispensed from them. We provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.

Our extensive range of dispensing tips is suitable for use on luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels, fittings, dosing valves and luer bottles. All tips feature a female luer lock hub for safe connection at air pressures to 100 psi and are industrial grade safe and silicone free. Tips can be used with most fluids, adhesives, pastes or chemicals. Tips are colour coded by size, ranging from 14 gauge (1.6mm ID) to 32 gauge (0.10mm ID). Special use tips include Teflon Lined for Cyanoacrylates, flexible Polypro for potting and Brush for spreading, marking and coating. All dispensing tips twist onto luer lock syringe barrels or fittings or push onto luer slip syringe barrels for a secure attachment. Tapered tips Smooth flow for pastes and gels

High quality tapered tips in gauge sizes from 14 to 27. Polypropylene tips feature a colour coded plastic double helix locking hub, with polypropylene tubing based on gauge size. They are offered in 0.5 and 1.5 inch tube lengths. These tips are excellent for dispensing into small areas or through holes. The double helix threaded luer locking hub prevents the tip from working loose under pressure. Flexible needle tips for use with most fluids and especially good for reactive adhesives and moisture sensitive fluids such as cyanoacrylate instant glues and most solvent based fluids. The flexible shaft is supplied in lengths of 0.5" or 1.5" that prevents damage to sensitive substrates. TSP polypro tips are in 1.5” lengths only and feature a luer lock natural hub with colour coded flexible polypropylene shafts. All polypro tips can also be cut if required.

Teflon tips For dispensing Cyanoacrylates

The Teflon Lined Tip is suited to the controlled application of Cyanoacrylates, Solvents, Activators, Primers and other liquids. The crimped Teflon inner tube prevents reactive Cyanoacrylates from clogging during application. The Teflon tube extends 1/8" from the stainless steel tube to prevent damage to sensitive substrates. Supplied in sealed boxes of 50 with bulk available on request. This tip features a double helix luer locking pink hub for easy identification. The tips are silicone free and chloride free to prevent contamination of any liquid dispensed. Flexible Teflon needle tips are ideal for the controlled dispensing of Cyanoacrylate adhesives as well as primers, activators and solvents. Features a double helix thread, for secure attachment to syringe barrels and dispensing valves. Suitable replacements for the now obsolete CTLL range of dispense tips. The Teflon flexible clear shaft is supplied in shaft lengths of 0.5" or 2" that prevents damage to sensitive substrates.

ADL Hand Plunger dispensers are designed for the easy application of pastes, gels, adhesives and fluids. Attach a syringe barrel and use these dispensers to control fluid deposits. Hand plungers are low cost solutions and ideal for low volume applications, repair or re-work or areas where an air supply is not available. The hand plunger dispenser is a useful device for replacing the use of squeeze tubes and open jars of adhesives and assembly fluids. Its reusable plunger attaches to the top of our syringe barrels. When compared to medical hypodermic syringes, which use high resistant neoprene pistons, the Hand Plunger Dispenser is easier to use and less fatiguing for infrequent gluing or sealing applications.

Air Free Dispensers Peristaltic pump dispensing system

Peristaltic pump dispensers transfer low viscosity liquids by pressure displacement applied by a turning rotor against a PTFE tube carrying the material. Usually these pumps are selected because the liquids might be hazardous or difficult to work with where it is preferable to limit any operator exposure. Another reason is that peristaltic pumps are completely air free. The peristaltic pump is a type of positive displacement dispensing machine used for pumping a variety of materials. The fluid is contained within a flexible Teflon tube fitted inside a circular pump casing. The special rotor turns and compresses the flexible tube thus forcing the fluid to be pumped to move through the tube. The digital timer allows you to dispense accurate and repeated amounts of fluid every time. The pumped fluid contacts only the inside surface of the tubing. There are no other valves; O-rings, seals or packing's to worry about in a peristaltic pump so it is zero maintenance. No requirement for compressed air. Liquids are drawn direct from any bottles, cans, manufacturers bottles and along the supplied feed tubing without fatigue or error. By not using compressed air, moisture sensitive adhesives such as Cyanoacrylates will perform better and will not prematurely cure or frost in the bottles .
