Adhesive Dispensing Catalogue 2011

Hand operated manual valves For glues, adhesives, primers & activators

Hand lever pinch tube valves Part Code Description TS1201

The TS1201 dispensing pen (top left) uses a disposable moulded tube assembly. Designed to handle a wide variety of low to medium viscosity fluids – from adhesives and lubricants to sealants and masks. Gravity or pressure fed, the pen is ideal for controlled rates of dispensing. Includes pre-assembled applicator pen, pinch tube assemblies, an assortment of disposable dispensing tips and a 24" hose. The TS1201 valve is kept closed (pinched) until the lever is pressed which opens the tube to allow fluid flow. Once the lever is released, the spring-loaded rod pushes against the tube to seal and stop fluid flow. The TS5600 series dispense valves (top right) accurately control the application of most low to medium viscosity fluids without drips. The unique seal-less design incorporates an inert polymer diaphragm that isolates the actuator from the valve. The adjustable open/close stroke 0.13 to 0.64 mm (0.005" to 0.025") allows for a fast response with positive shutoff. Wetted components are made of inert plastics. Takes a direct feed from any pressure pot, cartridge or syringe and includes a selection of flexible fluid line tubing and connectors.
