Aluminium blunt end needle tips for use with most fluids and especially good for aggressive chemicals and most solvent based fluids. All tips are supplied in sealed packs of 50 or bulk packs of 500. Standard luer lock hub for secure attachment to syringe barrel or metering valve. Precision aluminium hubs with burr-free stainless steel shafts. Aluminium tips improve application of aggressive fluids and solvents as the hub and shaft will withstand the chemicals. Our tips are safe and hygienic, eliminating risk of splitting or breaking while being used. The TSS needle series consist of a stainless-steel luer lock hub with stainless steel precision shaft. This high quality line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. In gauge sizes 12 to 30 and in lengths of 0.5". Suitable for dispensing most fluids, SMT adhesives and solvents. Industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. Ideal for use on robot dispensing systems as tips are cut high precision for total consistency. Supplied in a sealed box of 10.
