Air Operated Dispensing Systems using the TS1212 Pinch Tube Valve

Compact and easy to set up, this valve is operated by any of our valve controllers. The controller provides a timed pulse of air pressure to open the TS1212 pinch tube, allowing the liquid to flow. A spring loaded shut-off provides the ability to make micro dots if required with no drips between shots. The shot size is determined by the time setting on the controller, the fluid pressure, the amount of opening set on the adjusta- ble stroke control and the size of needle tip used. For complete systems, we offer a range of options including TS1212 valve, pressure pot and controller. The connecting link between reservoir and the TS1212 is a fluid line that offers a safe luer lock connection and is suitable for use with most liquids and adhesives. Use Teflon lined or Teflon tips for cyanoacrylates, General Purpose tips for other fluids and Tapered tips for viscous liquids.

The pinch tube valve is a compact and cost effective device for dispensing very thin liquids, semi-viscous materials, cy- anoacrylates, anaerobics, solvents, UV cure adhesives and two-component fluids. For repeat dots, beads or potting of liquids fed from a syringe, cartridge or pressure pot. The only part of the valve that makes contact with the liquid is the low cost replaceable pinch tube assembly. This makes the TS1212 valve ideal for ag- gressive or curable liquids with no risk of the material setting and damaging expensive parts.

Pinch valves are ideal for dispensing most low to medium viscosity fluids. Using disposable pinch tubes eliminates the need for maintenance and cleaning. Low cost, quick to setup and easy to use. Either dispensing by hand control or on a production line, pinch valves will handle cyanoacrylates, UV cure, anaerobic, inks, paints, solvents, primers and activators. Tubes are easy to assemble for maintenance free dispens- ing. Changing tubes takes seconds. Use clear colour tubes for Cyanoacrylate, Solvents, Threadlockers, Primers. Use the black tubes for UV cure adhesives.

High pressure luer lock fluid lines and feed tubing for safe and leak free transfer of liquids, adhesives and other fluids from pressure pots. Available in a wide range of lengths and configurations. The Teflon Lined Tip is suited to the controlled application of Cyanoacrylates, Solvents, Activators, Primers and other liq- uids. The crimped Teflon inner tube prevents reactive Cy- anoacrylates from clogging during application. The Teflon tube extends 1/8" from the stainless steel tube to prevent damage to sensitive substrates . Supplied in sealed boxes of 50 with bulk available on request. This tip features a double helix luer locking pink hub for easy identification.
