TS924 Fully PneumaƟc Dispenser

Non-Ɵmed all pneumaƟc footvalve dispensers are ideal for basic fluid dispensing applicaƟons where electric is not available or where Ɵmed shots are not required. DISP-5600 PeristalƟc Pump Dispenser

PeristalƟc pump dispensers transfer low viscosity liquids by pressure displace- ment applied by a turning rotor against a PTFE tube carrying the material. Usually these pumps are selected because the liquids might be hazardous or difficult to work with where it is preferable to limit any operator exposure. Another reason is that peristalƟc pumps are completely air free. By not using compressed air, moisture sensiƟve adhesives such as Cyanoacrylates will perform beƩer and will not prematurely cure or frost in the boƩles. This sys- tem is supplied with a full starter kit including PTFE tubing roll, angled bent Ɵp kit selecƟon box, user guide and product manuals. The pump is bidirecƟonal allow- ing snuff-back aŌer discharge to prevent dripping of the fluid.

The Rotary Valves use a rotary feed screw (auger) to dispense fluid with a posiƟve displacement acƟon, allowing for ultra-precise control of the dispensing process. Interchangeable Material Path (IMP) Motor Driven Rotary Valve

The TS7000 Series IMP Rotary Valves are the very latest addiƟons to the Rotary Microvalve family. The valve uses a feed screw (auger) to dispense fluid with a rotary dis- placement acƟon, allowing ultra-precise control of the dispensing process. Diaphragm Valves are designed to dispense low to medi- um viscosity materials with precision accuracy over a wide range of shot and bead sizes down to a fracƟon of a micro litre. A short opening stroke provides fast, posiƟve shut-off. An external stroke control adjustment makes it easy to fine-tune shot sizes. Spool Valves TS941 High Pressure Spool Valve

The Spool Valves provide precise shot accuracy along with “high volume” capacity over a range of material viscosiƟes, shot sizes and pressures. They feature “suck back” anƟ-drip as well as a fast on/off dispensing funcƟon that is not affect- ed by material input pressure. An opƟonal oil chamber cre- ates an addiƟonal liquid seal to prevent moisture from be- ing carried on the spool, excellent for moisture sensiƟve materials.
