The AD110-20 pneumatic cartridge gun dispenser provides many years of trouble-free, productive service. This Operating Guide will help support you maximize the usefulness of your new dispenser. Initial Steps One : Unpack and check the product for no damages. If there is any discrepancy, please call us immediately. Two : Compressed air should be available where the gun is to be set up. Air pressure should be between 80 and 100 psi (5.5 and 6.9 bar). If you are not using an Adhesive Dispensing Ltd 5-micron filter regulator #TSD800-6, be certain your factory air is properly filtered and dry and a regulated, constant air pressure is supplied to the dispenser. Warning: Bottled nitrogen can be used. If high pressure bottled air or nitrogen is used, a high pressure regulator must be in stalled on the bottle and set at 100 psi maximum. Troubleshooting 1. Check air pressure in is 80-100 PSI.

2. Check regulator knob is adjusted up and open. 3. Check retainer is attached without air leaks.

NO MATERIAL FLOW

Check nozzle is not blocked.

Check material viscosity is compatible.

1. Check rubber gasket in adapter part is not worn or split. 2. Check the cartridge type is compatible. 3. Use PTFE tape on inlet air connector thread. 4. Ensure the retainer sleeve is fully twisted onto the adapter. 1. Use a higher pressure. 2. Use a larger nozzle. 3. Check material viscosity type/ check material is not curing.

WARRANTY AD110-20 USER GUIDE

ADL One Year Limited Warranty All the specified components of Adhesive Dispensing Ltd dispensers are warranted to the original end user for one year from date of purchase. Within the period of this warranty, Adhesive Dispensing Ltd will repair or replace free of charge any defective component on return of the part, or the complete dispenser, prepaid to the Warehouse. In no such event shall any liability or obligation of Adhesive Dispensing Ltd arising from this warranty exceed the purchase price of the equipment. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for their intended use, and the user assumes and accepts all risk and any liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

This warranty is valid only when clean, dry and filtered air is used on the equipment.

Adhesive Dispensing Ltd makes no warranty whatsoever of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Adhesive Dispensing Ltd be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
