AD110-20 TROUBLESHOOTING

NO AIR FLOW

Troubleshooting 1. Check air pressure in is 80-100 PSI.

2. Check regulator knob is adjusted up and open. 3. Check retainer is attached without air leaks.

Check material in the cartridge has not cured.

NO MATERIAL FLOW

Check nozzle is not blocked.

Check material viscosity is compatible.

1. Check rubber gasket in adapter part is not worn or split. 2. Check the cartridge type is compatible. 3. Use PTFE tape on inlet air connector thread. 4. Ensure the retainer sleeve is fully twisted onto the adapter. 1. Use a higher pressure. 2. Use a larger nozzle. 3. Check material viscosity type/ check material is not curing.
