PTFE Series Luer Lock Tips

Product Description PTFE-lined crimped dispensing tips are polypropylene colour coded double-helix luer lock hubs bonded to a stainless steel blunt end tube. Inside, a PTFE sleeve is crimped to allow reactive adhesives, such as Cyanoacrylate to be dispensed without rapid clogging. The PTFE-lined Tip is available in 3 tube lengths of 0.25", 0.5" and 1". And in 3 tube diameters, 0.20mm, 0.30mm and 0.51mm. The PTFE tube is crimped inside the stainless steel cannula. The PTFE tube extends 1/8" from the end of stainless steel tube to ensure adhesive is not in contact with metal. PTFE-lined tips are supplied in sealed boxes of 50 or value packs of 1000. This tip features a double helix luer locking hub for easy identification. PTFE-lined tips are silicone-free and chloride-free materials to prevent contamination of any adhesive dispensed from them. PTFE-lined tips are industrial grade safe to 100 psi pressure.

Packaging Supplied in sealed boxes of 50 or in bulk packs of 1000 pieces.
