PRODUCT DATA SHEET 5cc Size Black Luer Lock Manual Hand Syringe Assembly

Part Code MS405LL-1B MS405LL-1B is a 5cc/ 5ml size manual syringe assembly with luer lock tip attachment. It consists of a black polypropylene syringe barrel with black rubber wiper piston and natural plastic push rod. This syringe is supplied pre assembled ready to remove the plunger rod and fill with liquid. Black opaque syringes are suitable for use with all UV cure and light sensitive adhesives. They provide a full light block. Use tip cap AD900-BLTC to seal to luer lock tip thread when filling. Use this 5cc manual syringe for dispensing of most low to medium viscosity fluids including adhesives, solvents, inks, paints, primers, activators, glue, lubricants, pastes and gels. Adhesive Dispensing Ltd products are industrial grade safe. This product does not contain any hazardous materials or chemicals.

This product is supplied in sealed packs with labels and batch codes. There is no shelf life applicable. Pack sizes are 50, 500 or 1000 parts. Individual replacement tips and caps are available. This assembly is also available in a black or amber colour syringe (for UV cure adhesives). All luer lock dispensing tips and caps can be used with this syringe. Tips twist-on, twist-off for leak free fluid dispensing. Tips from 8 gauge (3.5mm ID) to 34 gauge (0.08mm ID) and in lengths from 0.25” to 10”.
