MCH Series Static Mixer C-System

Product Description Helical static mixer nozzle with bell mouth housing for use with 200ml, 400ml and 600ml C-system type dual 2K cartridges. The design of the push-on housing attachment allows the MCH range of mixers to be used with cartridge mix ratios 1:1 and 2:1 only. They can also be used on metering and mixing machines that run at lower than 7 BAR pressure. The nozzle simply pushes onto the cartridge outlet housing and uses the threaded locking nut to secure. The MCH Series mix nozzles have a round body design, white inner elements and are constructed of high-grade polypropylene materials. The outlet is the stepped design for standard controlled material dispensing or it can be cut down for higher material flow. MCH mix nozzles are industrial grade safe to 100 PSI and are silicone-free materials. Material mix and flow is visible in this mix nozzle. Benefits of the system is guaranteed mixing at the correct ratio every time. Controlled mixing and dispensing without added air entrapment. Cleaner than manual resin mixing, reduced waste and higher levels of dispensing control.

Dual Cartridges This nozzle can be used with 1:1 and 2:1 ratio and size C-system type dual cartridges. The cartridges are available in sizes 200ml, 400ml and 600ml. Packaging Mix nozzles are priced and supplied in packs of 50, 100 or bulk packs of 250 or 500 pieces. Dispenser Guns Dual component cartridges and mixers are fully compatible with manual, pneumatic and battery rechargeable dispenser guns.
