MAH Series Static Mixers A-System

Product Description Helical round static mix nozzle with bell mouth housing for use with 50ml, 75ml and 100ml A-system dual 2K cartridges. The design of the twist-on housing attachment allows the MAH range of mixers to be used with cartridge mix ratios 1:1 and 2:1 only. They can also be used on metering and mixing machines that run at lower than 7 BAR pressure. The nozzle simply twists onto the cartridge outlet housing to secure. The MAH Series mix nozzles have a round body design, white inner elements and are constructed of high-grade polypropylene materials. The outlet is the stepped design for standard dispensing or it can be cut down for higher material flow. MAH mix nozzles are industrial grade safe to 100 PSI and silicone-free materials. Material mix and flow is visible in this mix nozzle. Benefits of the system is guaranteed mixing at the correct ratio every time. Controlled mixing and dispensing without added air entrapment. Cleaner than manual resin mixing and higher levels of dispensing control. This nozzle range is known as the A-System.

Dual Cartridges This nozzle can be used with 1:1 and 2:1 ratio and size A-system type dual cartridges. The cartridges are available in sizes 50ml, 75ml and 100ml. Packaging Mix nozzles are priced and supplied in packs of 50, 100 or bulk packs of 250, 500 or 1000 pieces. Dispenser Guns Cartridges and mixers are compatible with manual, pneumatic and battery rechargeable dual dispenser guns.
