Wiper versions ensure no residue is left on the syringe walls when the syringe is depleted and reduce fumes . Tip and end caps ensure that contaminants cannot come into contact with the material, when not in use or not connected to the epoxy dispenser and prevent leaks . Dispensing tips, ranging from 1 2 – 3 4 gauge, ensure the epoxy dispenser can achieve a wide variety of dot a bead sizes. In combination with time and pressure and the correct dispensing tip, the system can perform a variety of complex dispensing tasks . The newest addition for handling two-component materials in 50ml 1:1, 2:1 and 4:1 mix ratios are the ADV retainer systems. These are rod driven, pneumatic dispensing accessories that connect directly to the TS250 or TS350 series air-powered dispensers.
