EP9 Rigid Doming Resin TDS

Method of Use EP 9 A and EP 9 B should be used at 20 – 25°C. To homogenize the liquids, shake both components immediately prior to use. For good adhesion to substrate, ensure that all surfaces are free of moisture, oil, dust and dirt. EP 9 A should be mixed with EP 9 B according to the indicated mixing ratio. Both components should be thoroughly mixed, care should be taken to avoid air entrapment and make certain that material at bottom and sides of container is thoroughly stirred into centre. Using a suitable dispensing mechanism pour on to the surface of the badge or surface to be domed. EP 9 can be machine mixed and dispensed. Cure the mixed resin at 40 – 45°C. Do not move or create vibration while the resin is curing. Storage EP 9 A and B should be stored in original, unopened containers between 20 and 25°C. EP 9 B may crystallize partially or completely if not stored at above 20°C. Like all polyurethanes, both components are moisture sensitive. Moisture absorption will cause excessive aeration in cast parts. KEEP THE PACKING TIGHTLY SEALED WHEN NOT IN USE. Information All data listed relates to typical values.
