Non Contact Jet Valve TS9200D

Jet Tech The TS9200D Jet Tech is a non ‐ contact dispense valve capable of je ƫ ng fl uid viscosi Ɵ es to 400,000 Cps. Jet Tech o ff ers a fast je ƫ ng ac Ɵ on producing hundreds of precise droplets in less than one second. 300 drops/sec con Ɵ n ‐ uous duty. 50% increase in throughput over conven Ɵ onal Jet valves. Simple to clean – only 2 parts contact the fl uid. Conven Ɵ onal Jet valves can have as many as 8 parts requiring cleaning. With only two parts to clean, cleaning the TS9200D takes only minutes and there is no need to remove the Jet valve from the robot. A diaphragm and nozzle plate can be installed immediately without the need to carefully calibrate the Jet valve saving valuable produc Ɵ on Ɵ me and no special o ff‐ line cleaner is required. The TS9200D generates a very high drop velocity allowing a wide range of fl uids and applica Ɵ ons. In addi Ɵ on, the drop velocity can be easily changed to help fi ne tune the process and achieve a high process capability and wide process window. The advanced electronic drive provides power when required and reduces power when idle. The internal air fl ow cools the jet body so it runs cool even during high ‐ speed, con Ɵ nuous opera Ɵ on. The integral nozzle heater heats only the fl uid in the nozzle plate and is thermally isolated from the jet body. Its easy to integrate – In combina Ɵ on with the standalone TS920 controller, a single trigger line is all that is needed to start dispensing complex pro ‐ grams. TS920 Jet Valve Controller

The TS920 is a smart controller for the TS9200D Jet Tech valve. It is designed with a powerful single board computer and LCD display. Dispensing parameters needed to control the TS9200D Jet Tech valve can be easily set from the front panel keys. Recipes  ‐  six independent dispensing recipes can be programmed using the front panel keys or using the Jet Tech So Ō ware and downloaded into memory. Once programmed, the Jet valve can be triggered manually, from a host robot, or from a PC using the RS ‐ 232 interface. Speci fi ca Ɵ ons Size: (WxDxH): 254mm x 323.3mm x 152.4mm.
