Digital Timed Dispensers Electro-pneumatic dispensers

The TS250 system will dispense virtually any assembly fluid and adhesive or liquid paste, from thin, watery liquids and solvents to thick gels, silicones and brazing pastes. All are applied quickly, accurately to reduce waste, mess and hand fatigue. This is a system available with 0-100 psi adjustable air regulator for most fluids and pastes or use the 0- 15 psi version for watery liquids, watery, cyanoacrylates and solvents. You hold the syringe like a pen, adjust the air pressure to suit the liquid being dispensed then press the foot pedal to apply. When the pedal is released, the deposit instantly stops without drips or oozing. It is safe and simple to use and reduces time spent manually applying liquids. The dispenser is supplied with a user guide. An adjustable vacuum provides suck-back to the tip to prevent watery liquids from dripping. We recommend the use of an inline filter on the air adapter to the syringe when dispensing low viscosity fluids. The LCD display shows the timer that can be adjusted from 0.02 to 60 seconds for repeat deposits, down to microdots. A shot counter shows the number of deposits made during a shift.
