Floor mounted pneumatic adhesive and paste syringe dispenser. Features an adjustable 0-100 psi air regulator and gauge. Uses a three-way air valve for quick exhaust to prevent fluid pressure when pedal is released. Operator controls deposit output and this is a non-timed dispensing machine. Suited to the controlled application of many medium to high viscosity fluids, sealants, RTV, grease, gels, epoxies, mastics, pastes and potting compounds. Supplied with a 30cc syringe adapter assembly with 6ft long air hose, barrels, pistons and needle tips. The TS924V version features a vacuum suck back to reduce drips or oozing of stringy fluids. Vacuum can be adjusted to provide a slight back pressure after each deposit is made to hold the liquids in place.
