Crimped TS tips Precision cut for dispensing liquids

The TS Series dispensing tips offer a variety of dispensing performance and flexibility options. Stainless steel tubing is cut to precise lengths and ground to be burr-free. Cut tubing is crimped into aluminium locking insert, and then moulded into polyethylene hubs. Moulded hub colours correspond to gauge size. All TS Series tips secure to syringe barrels and correspond to the luer lock specification. Opaque plastic hubs are ideal for use with UV cure adhesives. General-purpose TS tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. For Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend using our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our smooth flow tapered tips.
