Dispensing Bottles

Hand dispensing bottles with luer lock caps for a direct needle tip attachment. Suitable with many low to medium viscosity liquids, glues and other assembly fluids. Supplied in sealed packs containing (10) bottles and (10) threaded caps. Use with any of our luer lock dispensing tips. Use a tip cap seal to provide an air tight seal of the bottle and cap.

Boston Round Bottles and Caps

This style is typically use as a squeeze bottle to manually apply material with high accuracy. We offer these in sizes 15ml, 30ml and 60ml sizes. Ideal for use with fluids such as solvents, solder mask, solder flux, Cyanoacrylate, etc.

Caps thread to the bottle. Tips twist onto the cap. Can be sealed using a tip cap.

ESD Safe Boston Round Bottles and Caps

These ESD safe bottles and caps eliminate the danger of high charges that can be generated when using conventional dispenser parts. The 2 ounce Boston round style bottles and caps are available in bags of 5. Also suitable for UV sensitive adhesives.

Cylinder Bottles and Caps

The cylinder bottles have straight walls and come to a cylindri- cal opening at the neck. We provide this type of bottle in 7.5ml (LDPE), 120ml (LDPE) and 240ml (HDPE) ounce sizes with threaded caps. The kits are sold in packs of 10 with larger quantities also available on request. Reduce hand fatigue and material mess using a bottle and cap kit designed for fluid dispensing. Use a tip cap seal to store the filled bottles for a period of time. Select dispensing tips from standard precision type, smooth flow tapered, flexible polypro, aluminium and brush types.
