Dual hole cap inlet, square body static mixer nozzle for use with Sulzer Mixpac F-System 4:1 and 10:1 ratio 200ml and 400ml dual component cartridges. Stepped nozzle outlet design. MFQ style static mixers are green square Quadro type constructed of high grade polypropylene. Mixers are used with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, potting compounds, doming resins and a wide variety of other two-part adhesives and sealants. Applications include electronic component potting, automotive, communications, automotive, aerospace, biodiesel, wind and solar energy devices and many others. These mixers have two discrete inlet port holes that allow the F-style cartridge to deliver material into the mixer with reduced cross-contamination. All items are industrial grade safe and silicone free materials. Dual Component Cartridges 4:1/ 10:1 Mix Ratio F-System for use with ADMFQX10-24T Nozzle F-System dual cartridges use a dual hole feed system into the static mixer nozzle. This reduces cross contamination of resin and hardener to ensure a consistent mix and dispense. The F-System 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratio cartridges are available in 200ml and 400ml sizes. Each kit includes the dual air-vented wiper pistons, locking collar cap, dust cap. Cartridges and mix nozzles are industrial grade safe and materials are silicone-free. Supplied in sealed boxes with batch codes for traceability.
