General Purpose Precision Dispensing Tip For use with Luer Lock Syringes, Barrels and Dispense Valves Product Description The AD series range of general purpose dispensing tips offer the widest range of gauge size diameters and tube lengths in the industry. From 10 gauge (3.1mm ID) to 34 gauge (0.08mm ID) and in tube lengths of 1/4”, 1/2”, 1”, 1.5”, 2”, 3”, 4” and 5”. All hubs are colour coded for gauge size. Tubes are stainless steel burr-free blunt-end. Hubs are high density polypropylene with double-helix luer lock for secure leak free attachment to syringe barrels, fittings and dispense valves. The AD series tips can be used with most liquids, pastes, sealants and adhesives. Cost-effective needle tips for high accuracy and repeat material dosing. A major benefit of this luer lock dispensing tip range is the variety of sizes and lengths available. From making micro dots to high speed potting applications, a tip to suit most processes. We do not recommend the AD series tips with Cyanoacrylate adhesives due to the metals used that can clog rapidly to reactive glues.
