435LL-1 is 35cc/ml size plastic syringe barrel with luer lock tip attachment. It consists of a moulded clear polypropylene syringe barrel suitable for use on any air powered dispenser or as part of our manual syringe assembly.

Use this large 35cc syringe for dispensing of most low, medium and high viscosity fluids including adhesives, solvents, inks, paints, primers, activators, lubricants, pastes and gels. The luer lock end accepts any tip attachment. A large syringe that is ideal for deposits of liquids and gels.

Options

The 435LL-1 syringe is also available pre-filled with the adhesive, paste, liquid of your specification. We can provide the syringes in sealed packs with no air entrapment. We also have bench standing syringe filling systems available to fill this product.

Instructions For Use

1. This syringe can be used as part of a manual syringe assembly (MS435LL-1) or as an air powered syringe dispenser using an air adapter (900-950-3). 2. Once filled, attach any needle tip or tapered tip. This is luer lock and so a tip is twisted on and not pushed on (luer slip). 3. Push in the plastic piston (435L-9) or rubber piston (435L-2) if using a viscous paste or gel. The piston will push out the material without air entrapment. 4. Use a tip cap (part # 7015LLPK) to seal the tip end when not in use. 5. Syringes are disposable and should not be cleaned using solvents which can weaken the plastics if used under air pressure.

The 435LL-1 syringe is supplied in sealed packs of 20 or in bulk packs of 500.

Health & Safety in Use

The 435LL-1 syringe is safe and hygienic, reducing risk of operator contact with the materials being dispensed. This syringe fits comfortably in the hand to minimise the risk of repetitive strain injury. For very high volume dispensing, we recommend our TS250 pneumatic syringe system.

Luer lock syringes require the needle tip to be twisted onto the end and not pushed on as with luer slip.
