Operation 1.

Remove product from the box and place on a bench.

2. Locate the air inlet 1/4” thread (1) and attach your airline. Set mains pressure to 70-100 PSI. 3. Unscrew 310ml retainer (2) and place on the bench. 4. Turn regulator knob (3) clockwise several turns to set initial pressure. 5. Press “click” direction button in (4) to retract drive rod back to the trigger assembly. 6. Place 310ml material cartridge into retainer ( 2) and thread attach to cylinder. 7. Click the direction button (4) to reverse drive rod mode to forward direction. 8. Press trigger (5) to move rods forward onto material cartridge plunger. 9. Once material dispenses from the cartridge nozzles, adjust regulator knob (3) to set the best flow rate. Do not set pressure too high for higher viscosity materials as the plunger rod might push the plunger through the material causing leaks. The use of nozzles that have very small outlets can cause excessive back pressure leading to the rod pushing the plunger through the material causing leaks. Do not exceed 100 PSI mains pressure in. Always wear safety goggles when using pneumatics.
