Introducing the 110A-10M, a powerful air-powered cartridge dispenser system designed for one-component 310ml size sealant cartridges. This pneumatic system is robustly constructed for industrial applications, ensuring durability and reliability. Ideal for feeding materials from cartridges for making controlled beads and deposits. Key Features: • Rod-Driven Mechanism : Equipped with a steel rod that moves against the material cartridge plunger, the 110A 10M ensures precise dispensing and flow control. • Adjustable Air Pressure : The regulator knob allows for fine-tuning of rod forward movement speed, matching the viscosity of the resin and the required material flow rate. • Controlled Deposits : An air exhaust system vents air after each deposit, causing the dual rods to retract slightly. This reduces material ooze, drool, and drip, ensuring cleaner and more controlled deposits, minimizing waste. The rod moves back slightly after each shot to reduce oozing or drooling. * Forward/ Reverse Rod Direction Button : A simple button is pressed to set the rods to move forward when the user is material dispensing. Press the button knob to reverse the direction for when retracting the rods after the 310ml material tube is empty and requires replacement. Versatility : The 110A-10M is compatible with a wide range of single part materials, including silicone sealants, 1K epoxies, poly urethanes, UV cure, RTVs, pastes, and adhesives. It supports 310ml one-component, caulking tubes either supplied pre-filled or user filled. Each unit comes with a threaded air inlet fitting as the system requires an airline to attach to compressed air. Available as an option.
