Introducing the 110A-10M, a powerful air-powered cartridge dispenser system designed for one-component 310ml size sealant cartridges. This pneumatic system is robustly constructed for industrial applications, ensuring durability and reliability. Ideal for feeding materials from cartridges for making controlled beads and deposits. Key Features: • Rod-Driven Mechanism : Equipped with a steel rod that moves against the material cartridge plunger, the 110A 10M ensures precise dispensing and flow control. • Adjustable Air Pressure : The regulator knob allows for fine-tuning of rod forward movement speed, matching the viscosity of the resin and the required material flow rate. • Controlled Deposits : An air exhaust system vents air after each deposit, causing the dual rods to retract slightly. This reduces material ooze, drool, and drip, ensuring cleaner and more controlled deposits, minimizing waste. The rod moves back slightly after each shot to reduce oozing or drooling. * Forward/ Reverse Rod Direction Button : A simple button is pressed to set the rods to move forward when the user is material dispensing. Press the button knob to reverse the direction for when retracting the rods after the 310ml material tube is empty and requires replacement. Versatility : The 110A-10M is compatible with a wide range of single part materials, including silicone sealants, 1K epoxies, poly urethanes, UV cure, RTVs, pastes, and adhesives. It supports 310ml one-component, caulking tubes either supplied pre-filled or user filled. Industrial Applications: Ideal for various industrial assembly operations, the 110A-10M is perfectly suited for markets such as aerospace, electronics, construction, and automotive. Each unit comes with a threaded air inlet fitting as the system requires an airline to attach to compressed air. Available as an option. Operation 1.

Remove product from the box and place on a bench.

2. Locate the air inlet 1/4” thread (1) and attach your airline. Set mains pressure to 70-100 PSI. 3. Unscrew 310ml retainer (2) and place on the bench. 4. Turn regulator knob (3) clockwise several turns to set initial pressure. 5. Press “click” direction button in (4) to retract drive rod back to the trigger assembly. 6. Place 310ml material cartridge into retainer ( 2) and thread attach to cylinder. 7. Click the direction button (4) to reverse drive rod mode to forward direction. 8. Press trigger (5) to move rods forward onto material cartridge plunger. 9. Once material dispenses from the cartridge nozzles, adjust regulator knob (3) to set the best flow rate. Do not set pressure too high for higher viscosity materials as the plunger rod might push the plunger through the material causing leaks. The use of nozzles that have very small outlets can cause excessive back pressure leading to the rod pushing the plunger through the material causing leaks. Do not exceed 100 PSI mains pressure in. Always wear safety goggles when using pneumatics.
