TS416-HD-HD-1000 and 220544 are precision moulded 4" long nozzles with a 1/16" (0.063") orifice. They are made from natural high density polyethylene materials and feature the industry standard 1/4" NPT male thread for leak-free attachment to cartridges, Techkit and Semkits and dispensing valves. Being silicone-free, materials used with them will not be adversely affected. They deliver precision-engineered dispensing performance for industrial, aerospace, and manufacturing applications. Manufactured through precision mould ing processes, each nozzle ensures consistent flow control and accurate material placement for professional-grade results. These are similar specification nozzles and are compatible parts for the controlled deposits of sealants, silicones, adhesives, glues, epoxies, gels and pastes. They are supplied in sealed packs that include labels and batch codes for traceability.
