Components This cartridge is designed for use with TS series and Semco PPG nozzles that feature the 1/4 Inch NPT male thread. Or used with tip adapter fitting part TSD931-7 that converts the outlet for use with all luer lock tips. Use tip cap TS3P-1000 to seal the threaded outlet of the cartridge and use TS20C-100 flange cap to seal the top. Use with wiper plungers TS20P-100 or TS20PLD-100. Dispensing 20 ounce cartridges can be used with our range of manual, pneumatic and battery powered dispensing guns. They can also be used with 20 ounce cartridge retainers that provide a pressurised air feed of material to a nozzle or as a reservoir to a dispensing valve. Product Description Industrial dispensing cartridges are available in sizes 2.5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20 and 32 oz. (approximate metric value 75, 177, 237, 310 355, 591, 960cc). They are available in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) which is more rigid plastic grade and low density polyethylene (LDPE) which is a softer grade plastic. All cartridges feature the 1/4" NPT (6mm) female thread dispensing outlet for nozzle or fitting attachment. Techcon cartridges are supplied in standard natural or other colours - black colour for UV cure. All cartridge components are industrial grade safe and silicone-free. Cartridges are capable of handling a wide variety of chemical fluids for storage and dispensing and can be easily adapted to both pneumatic and manual application systems. Commonly used in single component or pre-mixed and frozen applications with polysulphides, solder pastes, adhesives, epoxies, urethanes, greases, acrylics, etc. Packaging TS20C-100 are supplied in sealed packs of 10, 50 or 100 pieces. Labels include batch codes for full traceability.

INDUSTRIAL CERTIFICATION Techcon certifies that Cartridge Components meet or exceed ASTM and industry standards, as tested in laboratory conditions, in the following areas: Accuracy and Repeatability – Meet or exceed the repeatability requirement for industrial dispensing use. For the highest rate of dispensing accuracy and repeatability. Silicone and Chloride Free – Moulded or assembled in a Silicone- and Chloride-free environment to prevent contamination. ROHS and REACH Compliant – Adhesive Dispensing Ltd takes every precaution to ensure none of our tip products contain any SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern). Pressure Strength – Designed for operating pressures up to 100 psi (6.9 bar). All tips pass the destructive pressure burst test. Storage Temperature – Can be stored (with no pressure applied) between -40 F ⁰ and 100 F ⁰ (-40 ⁰ C - 38 ⁰ C). UV Block Capability – UV designed tip products meet or exceed industry standards for UV blockage. Transportation – Dispensing cartridges are safe to transport by ground, sea, or air. If filled with adhesives or sealants, check with your material supplier about shipping. WARRANTY Techcon Cartridge Consumable Warranty Policy “Consumables” are primarily plastic disposable parts, such as syringes, pistons, dispense tips, cartridges, plungers, etc. and designed for single use. Techcon warrants these products against dimensional issues, visual defects, or damage. Techcon will replace defective consumable items free of charge at its sole discretion. Replacement of consumable parts is determined on a case-by-case basis and normally validated by return of sample parts to Adhesive Dispensing Ltd for inspection. A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any goods. The customer pays for inbound freight, and Adhesive Dispensing Ltd pays for return freight of the same category for replaced consumables. If it is determined that the products have been misused, such as using the products for purposes they were not designed for, or if there are unauthorised modifications, then the guarantee is void. Please note: Plastic and metal consumables have a recommended “shelf life” or “use by” of two (2) years from the date of delivery. If the consumables are stored appropriately, they may be usable beyond that date. Techcon cannot guarantee their quality after the two-year period.
