Cartridge and Plunger Kit Supplied in sealed packs with labels and batch codes

Cartridge reservoir in low density polyethylene with wiper plunger in a kit of (250) TS120C-LD cartridges and (250) TS1PB plungers. The plungers are pre-inserted in the cartridge. Suitable for handling most materials including solvent based fluids. For use in 12oz cartridge guns or pressurised cartridge retainers. Cartridges all feature a 1/4" NPT (6mm) female thread dispensing orifice for secure attachment of nozzles or 1/4" threaded fittings. Pack includes 250 of each part.

Disposable plastic cartridges are available in 2.5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20 and 32 oz. (approximate metric value 75, 177, 237, 310 355, 591, 960cc). Available in the high-density natural polyethylene (HDPE) which is more rigid plastic and also low density polyethylene (LDPE) which is a softer grade plastic.

This cartridge version is using the low density softer plastic.

Industrial grade nozzles for use with dispensing cartridges or with spool valves. All nozzles feature a 1/4" NPT industry standard thread for secure attachment to cartridges. Made from silicone-free safe plastics. Use these nozzles for apply- ing most glues, adhesives, pastes, gels, greases, silicones, sealants, epoxies and other assembly fluids. Use nozzles for dispensing from cartridges and dispense valves. All products are silicone free and safe for use to 100 psi. If using with pre-filled sealant and silicone cartridge tubes that feature an external nozzle thread to cut, part number TSD931-296 is required. These nozzles can also be cut back to increase orifice size. Natural polyethylene materials. All nozzles are supplied in sealed packs of 10 or larger bulk quantities.
