High Precision Luer Lock Dispensing tip Adhesive Dispensing Ltd supplies a wide range of industrial dispensing components globally that are accepted by the aerospace, medical device, automotive, consumer electron ics, and military & defence sectors. We offer our own brands as well as being distributors for other leading manufacturers. Our TSS Series all-metal dispensing tips offer the highest levels of precision placement of liquids, gels and pastes. Stainless steel tubing is cut to precise lengths and ground to be burr-free. Cut tubing is welded into a nickel plated brass luer lock hub. The tube has a blunt-end outlet. All-metal tips provide a higher strength attachment and a more robust resistance against many solvents, adhesives, glues and chemicals. All TSS series tips secure to industry syringe barrels and fittings and correspond to the luer lock specification. The maximum operating pressure for these components is 100 psi (6.9bar). This tip is supplied in packs of (10) pieces. Each sealed pack contains a label with batch codes for full traceability. These industrial precision tip components are designed to meet the most demanding manufacturing standards. Using leading edge materials and advanced engineering design making them unparalleled in dispensing performance. We offer this 10 gauge tip in tube lengths from 0.25” long to 10.0” long.

INDUSTRIAL CERTIFICATION Adhesive Dispensing Ltd certifies that the precision dispensing tip components meet or exceed the ASTM and industry standards, as confirmed in laboratory conditions, in the following areas: Accuracy and Repeatability – Meet or exceed the repeatability requirement for industrial dispensing use. The tight tolerances ensure the highest rate of dis pensing accuracy and repeatability. Silicone and Chloride Free – Produced in a Silicone-free and Chloride-free environment to prevent contamination. ROHS and REACH Compliant – We take every precaution to ensure none of the products contain any SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern). Pressure Strength – Designed for operating pressures up to 100 psi (6.9 bar). Destructive pressure tests are employed to determine burst strength. All tips adhere to the destructive pressure test. Storage Temperature – Can be stored (with no pressure applied) between -40 F ⁰ and 100 F ⁰ (-40 ⁰ C - 38 ⁰ C). UV Block Capability – All UV version products meet or exceed industry standards for UV blockage. Transportation – Dispensing tips are safe to transport by ground, sea, or air. WARRANTY Adhesive Dispensing Ltd Consumables Warranty Policy “Consumables” are primarily plastic and metal disposable parts, such as dispense needles, syringes, pistons, taper tips, cartridges, plungers, etc. and designed for single use. Adhesive Dispensing Ltd warrants these products against dimensional issues, visual defects, or damage. Adhesive Dispensing Ltd will replace defective con sumable items free of charge at its sole discretion. Replacement of consumable parts is determined on a case-by-case basis and normally validated by return of sample parts to us for inspection. A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any goods. The customer pays for inbound freight, and Adhesive Dispensing Ltd pays for return freight of the same category for replaced consumables. If it is determined that the products have been misused, such as using the products for purposes they were not designed for, or if there are unauthorised modifi cations, then the guarantee is void. Please note: Plastic and metal dispensing consumables have a recommended “shelf life” or “use by” period of two (2) years from the date of the delivery. If the

consumables are stored appropriately, they may be usable far beyond that date. Adhesive Dispensing Ltd cannot guarantee their quality after the two-year period.
