Trouble:

Air leak from agitator

Possible Cause

Solution

Motor not sealed

Check sealing motor and mounting studs.

If leak continues after changing O-ring, replace motor.

Trouble:

Bad quality mix or no agitation

Possible Cause

Solution

Slipping shaft, shaft coupling or mixing blade

Make sure the shaft, shaft coupling and mixing blade a tightened properly.

Power to the Motor or the controller

Check the power to the motor and the controller. Check the display on the controller. If the power is on and the motor does not Rotate, contact ADL . Check the display of the controller for alarms or warning. Consult page 58 for a full alarms and warnings list.
