MMT002 High Precision Stainless Steel Dispensing Tip The MMT tapered series consist of a stainless steel constructed, high quality micro precision range. This performance line of dispensing tips are burr -free, and electro-polished for unobstructed and consistent material flow. The tapered design allows for a smooth flow of material with reduced back pressure. The MMT range offers inner diameters from 0.1mm to 2mm. The tip length is 18.25mm long. These tips are suitable for dispensing most fluids, gels, adhesives and solvents as well as UV cure adhesives. The MMT tips are industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. They are ideal for use on robot dispensing systems and other automated applications as tips are manufactured to a very high precision providing total consistency. These tips are supplied in a sealed box of 1 tip including data label and batch codes for full traceability.
