MGQ Series Static Mixers C-System

Product Description Quadro static mix nozzle with screw-on housing for use with 200ml, 400ml and 600ml C-system dual 2K cartridges. The design of the screw on housing attachment allows the MGQ range of mixers to be used with all cartridge mix ratios - 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1. They can also be used on metering and mixing machines that run at lower than 7 BAR pressure. The nozzle simply threads onto the cartridge outlet housing and does not require the use of the locking nut. The MGQ Series mix nozzles have a square body design, green inner elements and are constructed of high-grade polypropylene materials. The outlet is the stepped design for standard dispensing or it can be cut down for higher material flow. MGQ mix nozzles are industrial grade safe to 100 PSI and silicone-free materials. The design allows the same mixing performance over a shorter designed nozzle. Benefits of the system is guaranteed mixing at the correct ratio every time. Controlled mixing and dispensing without added air entrapment. Cleaner than manual resin mixing and higher levels of dispensing control. This nozzle is known as the MGQ-System.

Dual Cartridges This nozzle can be used with all ratio and size C-system type dual cartridges. The cartridges are available in ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 and in sizes 200ml, 400ml and 600ml. Packaging Mix nozzles are priced and supplied in packs of 50, 100 or bulk packs of 250 or 500 pieces. Dispenser Guns Cartridges and mixers are compatible with manual, pneumatic and battery rechargeable dual dispenser guns.
