ME Series Static Mixer

Product Description Helical round static mix nozzle with bell-mouth housing for use with high pressure metering and mixing The design of the push-on housing attachment allows the ME range of mixers to be used with metal machine shrouds. This high quality mixer has a 15.9mm diameter bell mouth housing. The ME Series mix nozzles have a round body design, blue inner elements and are constructed of high-grade polypropylene materials. The nozzle outlet is the stepped design for good flow rates with reduced back pressure. The stepped outlet can be cut down if a higher flow is required. ME mixer nozzles are industrial grade safe and silicone-free materials. Material mix and flow is visible in this static nozzle. Benefits of the system is guaranteed mixing at the correct ratio every time. Controlled mixing and dispensing without added air entrapment. Cleaner than manual resin mixing and higher levels of dispensing control. This nozzle is known as the ME-System.

Packaging Mix nozzles are priced and supplied in packs of 50, 100 or bulk packs of 250 or 500 and 1000 pieces.
