MCQ Series Static Mixer

Product Description Square body Quadro static mix nozzle with bell-mouth housing for use with 200ml, 400ml and 600ml 1:1/ 2:1 ratio C-System type dual 2K cartridges. The design of the push-on housing attachment allows the MCQ range of mixers to be used with cartridge lock nuts. The MCQ Series mix nozzles have a square body design, green inner elements and are constructed of high-grade polypropylene materials. The nozzle outlet is the luer outlet design for good flow rates or use with luer precision nozzle tips. The stepped outlet can be cut down if a higher flow is required. MCQ mixer nozzles are industrial grade safe and silicone-free materials. Material mix and flow is visible in this static nozzle. Benefits of the system is guaranteed mixing at the correct ratio every time. Controlled mixing and dispensing without added air entrapment. Cleaner than manual resin mixing and higher levels of dispensing control. The square design reduces nozzle length and material waste.

Dual Cartridges This nozzle is designed for use with 1:1 and 2:1 ratio C-system type 200ml, 400ml and 600ml dual cartridges. The bell mouth housing fits 16.7mm diameter C-System type dual cartridges. Packaging Mix nozzles are priced and supplied in packs of 50, 100 or bulk packs of 500 and 1000 pieces. Dispenser Guns Static mixer nozzles and dual 2K cartridges are fully compatible with most manual, pneumatic and battery rechargeable dual dispenser guns.
