MC06 - 24L Static Mixer Nozzle

Bell - mouth inlet, helical round body static mixer nozzle for use with Sulzer Mixpac Medmix and similar C - System 1:1 and 2:1 ratio 200ml, 400ml and 600ml dual component cartridges. Features a luer slip outlet design with 4mm orifice or use a push - on precision dispensing tip. Static mixers are precision engineered products constructed of high grade polypropylene outer body and mixing element. Mixers are used with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, potting compounds, doming resins and a wide variety of other two - part adhesives and sealants. Applications include electronic component potting, automotive, communications, automotive, aerospace, biodiesel, wind and solar energy devices and many others. C - Style mixers use a push - on housing for cartridge connection that is secured by using the locking nut supplied with the dual cartridge. All items are industrial grade safe and silicone free. Supplied in sealed packs with labels and batch codes.
