MBH Series Static Mixers B-System

Product Description Helical round static mix nozzle with twist-cap housing for use with 25ml, 50ml and 75ml B-system dual 2K cartridges. The design of the twist -on housing attachment allows the MBH range of mixers to be used with cartridge mix ratios 1:1 and 2:1 only. The nozzle simply twists onto the cartridge outlet housing for alignment to the separate material outlet holes. The MBH Series mix nozzles have a round body design, white inner elements and are constructed of high-grade polypropylene materials. The outlet is the straight design for maximum flow rate dispensing and reduced back pressure. MBH mixer nozzles are industrial grade safe to 100 PSI pressure and silicone-free materials. Material mix and flow is visible in this static nozzle. Benefits of the system is guaranteed mixing at the correct ratio every time. Controlled mixing and dispensing without added air entrapment. Cleaner than manual resin mixing and higher levels of dispensing control. This nozzle is known as the B-System.

Dual Cartridges This nozzle can be used with 1:1 and 2:1 ratio and size B-system type dual cartridges. The cartridges are available in sizes 25ml, 50ml and 75ml. Packaging Mix nozzles are priced and supplied in packs of 50, 100 or bulk packs of 250 or 500 pieces. Dispenser Guns Cartridges and mixers are compatible with most manual, pneumatic and battery rechargeable dual dispenser guns.
