PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EP95 5 min General Purpose Epoxy is a two part, clear epoxy adhesive systems. 5 min General Purpose Epoxy is a maximum strength formula and is ideal for complex, multi piece assemblies. It is water and solvent resistant and avail able in 25ml and 50ml dual syringes.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

This product is not recommended for use in pure oxygen and/or oxygen rich systems and should not be selected as a sealant for chlorine or other strong oxidizing materials. For safe handling information on this product, consult the Material Safety Data Sheet, (MSDS).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1. Protect work area from accidental spills.

STORAGE Products shall be ideally stored in a cool, dry location in unopened containers at a temperature between 8° to 28°C unless otherwise labelled. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range. To prevent contami nation of unused product, do not return any material to its original container. NOTE The data contained herein are furnished for infor mation only and are believed to be reliable. 2. Surface must be clean, dry and free of grease & oil.

3. Roughen surfaces with sandpaper or other abrasives.

4. For 50ml, remove tip cap and attach mixer nozzle. For 25ml, snap off end cap at the nozzle. 5. For 50ml , attach to applicator gun. Purge a small volume from the nozzle initially to ensure good mix. Then dispense. For 25ml, dispense to surface and mix uniformly. 6. Apply to surfaces being repaired. Assemble parts immedi ately. Remove excess epoxy immediately.

7. Allow bond to set for the fixture time before moving.

FOR CLEANUP

1. For any clean-up, use isopropyl alcohol before the materi al is allowed to dry.
