Disposable Material Path (DMP) inserts are core dispensing parts inside TS5000DMP Series rotary valves. The Delrin® feed screw rotates inside a Delrin® body bore, which then transfers fluid through the thread design. When expired, the DMP insert can be easily exchanged in seconds, whilst the dispensing valve stays on the producƟon line. CompaƟble with a wide range of fluids, including UV, 2-part and abrasive fluids. Colour coded Luer collars make the feed screw pitch instantly recognisable and a choice of 3 types of feed screw pitch assembly make this valve type very versaƟle for applicaƟons where stopping and removing the valve for cleaning is inconvenient and costly.
