Disposable Material Path (DMP) inserts are core dispensing parts inside TS5000DMP Series rotary valves. The Delrin® feed screw rotates inside a Delrin® body bore, which then transfers fluid through the thread design. When expired, the DMP insert can be easily exchanged in seconds, whilst the dispensing valve stays on the produc%on line. Compa%ble with a wide range of fluids, including UV, 2-part and abrasive fluids. Colour coded Luer collars make the feed screw pitch instantly recognisable and a choice of 3 types of feed screw pitch assembly make this valve type very versa%le for applica%ons where stopping and removing the valve for cleaning is inconvenient and costly.
