 Attach an airline hose to the 1/4” BSP air inlet thread. Hoses are available to order from us with a range of lengths. Set the air pressure to around 100 PSI.  Side load the filled 400ml dual cartridge. Use the cartridge front slide, alight and slot in.  Ensure the mixer nozzle is attached to the cartridge.  Use the adjustable regulator knob to set the desired pressure. Turn clockwise to increase.  Press the rod forward button to ensure the correct direction.  Hold comfortably the dispenser with 2 hands, press the trigger to discard the first small amount of material from the mixer nozzle. Then position the nozzle to the part and press to dispense.  To reduce material oozing or drips, release the trigger before lifting up the nozzle.  When the cartridge is empty, press the rod reverse button to retract.

Model CG400-2 Pneumatic 2K Gun

Model CG400 comes assembled ready for 1 :1 ratio use with 400 ml cartridges. See instructions below for conversions of 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 cartridge ratio use. Instructions for Removing Push Disks 1) Place applicator with knob on floor. 2) Put both thumbs on front plate and fingers behind the disk you desire to remove. 3) Move fingers forward toward thumbs until disk snaps off rod. If the disk is hard to remove, use a rubber mallet and gently tap until disk becomes loose. 4) See Disk Assembly Diagram for proper ratio alignment. Instructions for Attaching Push Disks 1) Put socket of push disk over rod shaft. 2) Push firmly onto the rod shaft until disk snaps in place. There should be two snapping sounds which will ensure the disks are firmly attached. Some twisting of the push disk may be required to achieve the second snap. 3) Both disks should be parallel with each other. This will ensure proper mixing of materials.
