Our PTFE lined crimped tube dispensing tips feature a rigid, stainless steel tube bonded to a threaded, colour-coded polypropylene luer lock hub. The PTFE tube is crimped inside the stainless steel tube. This provides a durable tip connection ensures secure attachment to syringe barrels or dispensing valves, even under high pressure environments - up to 100 psi. Engineered for Cyanoacrylates and Reactive Fluids Ideal for low viscosity adhesives, PTFE crimped tips are specially designed to prevent clogging and crystallisation when dispensing Cyanoacrylates and other reactive liquids. The combination of soft PTFE tubing and polypropylene hubs resists chemical interaction, delivering consistent flow and extended tip life compared to standard needle-style dispensers. Precision in Every Dispense The PTFE soft tubing prevents scratching on sensitive substrates. The PTFE tube protrudes 1/8” out from the end of the stainless steel tube.
