Total control of the spray cycle is provided by adjustable fl uid fl ow and precise control of pre ‐ spray, atomizing air and post ‐ spray with the TS560R Valve Controller. Normal maintenance is simple and down Ɵ me is virtually eliminated with only one seal to replace. Economy Spray Valve  ‐ TS5520 The Spray Valves are designed for precise spray applica Ɵ ons of low viscosity materials. An external stroke con ‐ trol makes it easy for the operator to fi ne ‐ tune fl uid fl ow. Total control of the spray cycle is provided by adjustable fl uid fl ow and precise control of pre ‐ spray, atomizing air and post spray with the TS500R Mul Ɵ‐ Purpose Digital Controller. Maintenance is made simple by the elimina Ɵ on of troublesome spring loaded needle packings. Down Ɵ me is virtually eliminated with only one seal to replace during normal maintenance.

Down Ɵ me is virtually eliminated with only one seal to replace during normal maintenance. The TS5440 spray valve with FDA compliant 303 stainless steel construc Ɵ on in both air cylinder and fl uid housing. A fi eld replaceable Delrin seat provides posi Ɵ ve shut o ff and very long life cycles. The compact design allows for easy integra Ɵ on into automated applica Ɵ ons. Two nozzle types are made available, cone (R) for round pa Ʃ erns and fan (F) for ellip Ɵ cal spray pa Ʃ erns. Both versions are available in 3 nozzles sizes.
