Our extensive range of dispensing tips are suitable for use on luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels, fittings, dosing valves and luer bottles. All tips feature a female luer lock hub for safe connection at air pressures to 100 psi and are industrial grade safe and silicone free. Tips can be used with most fluids, adhesives, pastes or chemicals. Tips are colour coded by size, ranging from 14 gauge (1.6mm ID) to 32 gauge (0.10mm ID). The TSS needle series consist of a all stainless steel precision tip. This very high quality line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for an unobstructed and consistent material flow. In gauge sizes 12 to 30 and in lengths of 0.5". Suitable for dispensing most fluids, SMT adhesives and solvents. Industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. Ideal for use on XYZ robot dispensing systems as these tips are cut to high precision for higher levels of consistency. Supplied in a sealed box of 10.
