The 700 Series premier dispensing syringe barrels are silicone and chloride- free and designed to work with SyringeGuns and all pneumatic dispensers. The syringe barrels are made from low friction polypropylene to ensure total accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Barrels feature a luer lock end for secure dispensing tip attachment. Available in 3 colours: Natural for most generic applications, Amber provides protection of UV/visible light block (up to 520nm), but with the ability to see material inside the syringe barrel, and Black for total light block. Maximum operating pressure 100 psi (6.9bar). Supplied in sealed small size packs or bulk quantities.

Industrial grade safe to 100 psi Precision dispensing components

Pistons ensure that the pressure is evenly spread across the fluid surface to provide consistent dispensing. Wiper seal pistons prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the syringe barrel wall clean as fluid is dispensed. The maximum air operating pressure is 100psi (6.9bar). Wiper pistons (white) are industry standard and a slightly tighter fit for use with low to medium viscosity fluids or with mechanical devices such as the TS700 series manual syringe gun to prevent leakage past the double wiping edges. "Easy Flow" pistons (blue) are recommended for most general applications and they ensure no material residue is left on the syringe barrel walls while dispensing. Straight wall pistons (red) are recommended for reduced stringing and "bouncing" with high viscosity products. Also available in bulk packs of 1000.
