ADV-50 Series Retainers

These high-performance epoxy delivery systems provide controlled deposits of a wide variety of PU adhesives, epoxy resins, silicones, potting compounds, doming resins and sealants. Dispense from 50ml sized dual cartridges when connected to a pneumatic dispenser to meet your dispensing needs. The applicators are pneumatic only and accept a direct compressed air supply from most standard benchtop dispensers, up to 100 PSI. The air connector simply attaches to the dispenser, as the barrel adapter assembly would. Set the optimum pressure to suit the material, use the dispenser vacuum suck-back to pull back the drive rods for cartridge changeover. ADV retainers are available to suit 50ml dual component cartridges in 1:1, 2:1 and 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios for A-system cartridges and the same ratios for the B-system cartridges. And in 10:1 mix ratio for oval “roundback” S-type dual cartridges. Set the dispenser air pressure, set the dispenser timer, achieve timed shot repeat deposits of two component epoxies and polyurethanes, etc. Or switch the dispenser timer off and make controlled beads or potting of components. Easy to clean metal body with push fit air hose connection and standard dispenser quick connect air fitting. Supplied boxed with basic instructions for setting up and use. These systems can be hand held for dispensing or with optional brackets for mounting to an XYZ dispensing robot.

ADV-50 Series Retainers

Product Description The system is made up of the main body retainer with drive rod system and the front slide. The metal slide goes over the front of the cartridge and moved down to the base. Once the slide bracket is moved onto the retainer, a screw nut secures it in position. An airline hose is included with an end fitting for use with all pneumatic dispensers. Air pressure from the dispenser moves the two rods forward for making deposits of adhesive. When the cartridge tube is empty, the vacuum suck-back on the dispenser is used to pull the rods back. Choose the version to suit the adhesive cartridge type used and the ratio of the cartridge. The A-System type cartridge or B- System.
