Manual Syringe Barrel Dispensers

This new range of manual hand dispensing plungers have been designed to offer users a clean, comfortable alternative and an improvement to conventional squeeze bottles and single use hypodermic syringes. The ergonomic, and safety conscious design of the new syringe dispensers enables consistent fatigue free dispensing, and ensures that no potentially harmful adhesives or sealants will contact the users skin. A portable and lightweight reusable hand syringe applicator for applying most pastes, gels, fluxes, adhesives and greases. Works with our range of industrial grade syringe barrels, wiper pistons and luer lock dispensing tips. When a small spot of grease is required to a motor assembly, or repair work, prototypes, etc., the dispenser is ideal. Used with Silicone RTV, Pastes, Adhesives, Gels and Resins. Simple syringe barrel attachment, robust dispensing force and very comfortable to use in the hand. Available to fit syringe barrel sizes 3cc, 5cc, 10cc and 30cc. Can be ordered as plunger rod only or as a full kit to include barrels, pistons, caps and tips. Provides a better solution when applying higher viscosity materials such as pastes where hypodermic syringes bend under force. Easy to clean and portable. A great tool for low volume assembly, parts repair or rework, prototypes and other use.

Customers use our syringe barrel dispensers for applying controlled deposits of watery liquids to thick pastes. For making products or repairing them. Typical materials applied include silicone RTVs, sealants, epoxy resins, glues, UV cure, anaerobic thread-lockers, solvents, primers, activa- tors, lubricants, oils, grease, solder pastes, braze pastes, PVA glues and much more. For applying without mess, waste, drips or fatigue.
