Static Mixer Nozzle For use with A-System 1:1 and 2:1 Ratio Dual Component Cartridges

The ADMA6.3-17S is a bayonet inlet, helical static mixer nozzle for use with standard 50ml, 75ml and 100ml size dual component cartridges. This mixer version has a stepped outlet for precision that can also be cut back to increase orifice size and increase flow rates if required. Or use with part LA06-08 luer lock adapter fitting if precision dispensing tips are used. These premium grade mixer nozzles are suitable for two-component materials such as epoxy resin, polyurethane, doming resin, silicone, potting compound, structural adhesives and more. ADMA6.3-17S have white elements and are constructed of high grade polypropylene. High quality mixer nozzles for use with dual epoxy cartridges. Most suited to 1:1 50ml, 2:1 50ml, 1:1 75ml and 1:1 100ml A-System dual cartridges. A 6.3mm inner diameter allows the use of low, medium and higher viscosity materials to be used and 17 mixer elements ensure a thorough dynamic blend of two-part materials. All items are industrial grade safe to 100 PSI and are silicone free to prevent material contamination. They are supplied in sealed packs with label and batch code for full traceability.
