ADL Dispensing Tips

AD Series Dispensing Tips

Precision dispensing Ɵ ps in the widest range of op Ɵ ons available for applying liquids, gels, pastes, inks, lubricants, epoxies, chemicals, solder pastes, fl uxes, UV cure adhesives, silicones, sealants and more.

Available in a range of Ɵ p styles: General Purpose are passivated stainless steel Ɵ ps to handle the widest range of fl uids and applica Ɵ ons. Tapered smooth fl ow for applica Ɵ on of medium ‐ to high ‐ viscosity fl uids ‐ especially thick or par Ɵ cle ‐ fi lled materials like epoxies, RTVs, and braze pastes. Flexible Polypropylene sha Ō s reach into hard ‐ to ‐ access areas and will not scratch delicate surfaces. Easily cut to size or bend as needed. Angled Tube Ɵ ps with 45 ⁰ , 90 ⁰ with 30 ⁰ and 60 ⁰ bends in tube lengths of 0.5”, 1”, 1.5” and 2”. Aluminium Hub Ɵ ps with stainless steel blunt tubes for aggressive solves and chemicals. Crimped Hub Ɵ ps with stainless steel blunt tubes for use with solvent based glues. Chamfered Ɵ ps improve micro dot control for low viscosity liquids. All Metal precision Ɵ ps with custom tube lengths available. For XYZ robot applica Ɵ ons. Double and Triple Tube Ɵ ps for making mul Ɵ ple dots and beads simultaneously of liquids and gels. Metal Tapered o ff er high precision and control for dispensing SMT adhesives and many other liquids. Brush for spreading glues and greases. Available with so Ō or s Ɵff bristles. PTFE Lined and Crimped Ɵ ps for use with Cyanoacrylate adhesives prevents rapid clogging. PTFE Flexible Ɵ ps for Cyanoacrylate glues and adhesives to prevent rapid clog and with so Ō fl exible tubing. Custom tube lengths available. Oval Flat End Ɵ ps for making fl at ribbon beads of materials. E ‐ Series Ɵ ps are blunt end, luer lock polypro hub to stainless steel tube ‐ cost e ff ec Ɵ ve Ɵ p range. ESD Safe Ɵ ps that avoid sta Ɵ c for dispensing in sensi Ɵ ve areas such as electronics assembly. Tip kits o ff er an assortment of di ff erent Ɵ p types, styles and quan ƟƟ es useful for tes Ɵ ng. Tips are cer Ɵ fi ed silicone ‐ free and can be used at pressures up to 100 PSI. Supplied in sealed boxes or bulk packs with labels, batch codes and C of C.

How to select the best Ɵ p: For most liquids and gels use the General Purpose

Ɵ ps. For many applica Ɵ ons and most materials. Available in 20 di ff erent gauge size diameters and tube lengths of 1/4”, 1/2”, 1”, 1.5”, 2”, 3”, 4” and 5”. For solder pastes and braze pastes as well as silicone sealants, RTVs and other thick materials use the smooth fl ow tapered Ɵ ps. The design will reduce back pressure and increase fl ow. For Cyanoacrylate adhesives and other reac Ɵ ve glues use the PTFE Lined Ɵ ps, Flexible Te fl on tube Ɵ ps, Flexible Polypro Ɵ ps or Tapered Ɵ ps. Avoid Ɵ ps with metal tubes for instant glues as they will clog rapidly whereas plas Ɵ c Ɵ ps do not. For Solvents and Solvent based contact glues use our aluminium hub tube Ɵ ps or TS Crimped Tube Ɵ ps as these are made to withstand aggressive materials and will not degrade. For UV Cure adhesives use opaque Ɵ ps such as the TS crimped, aluminium, all ‐ metal or black tapered. All Ɵ ps o ff er UV fi lter protec Ɵ on but for very sensi Ɵ ve UV glues, use opaque. For Reaching in areas use the angled bent Ɵ ps that allow the tube to place liquids or gels easier inside parts than a straight Ɵ p can. For spreading, coa Ɵ ng and brushing liquids, gels, lubricants, inks and paints, brush Ɵ ps are used. Available in so Ō or hard bristle and with bristle widths of 2mm to 14mm. ESD safe Ɵ ps for sta Ɵ c sensi Ɵ ve components such as PCBs and sensors. Available as general purpose style or smooth fl ow tapered style. For micro dots of low viscosity liquids , use chamfered tube Ɵ ps to eliminate wicking.
