All Metal Tips are designed for most liquids, gels, pastes and adhesives allowing for mul Ɵ dot and bead deposits. Diameters from 1.38mm ID to 0.21mm ID. Nickel plated brass hubs to stainless steel straight tubes. Supplied in sealed boxes of 12 pieces. Ability to make 2 or 3 simultaneous deposits.

Our twin and triple tube all-metal precision Ɵ ps are hand made in the UK. We ensure that the Ɵ ps are assembled to a very high standard and are consistent. We use a nickel brass luer lock hub to type 304 stainless steel blunt end tubes. The tubes are fused to the hubs making these Ɵ ps suitable for dispensing most liquids, gels and pastes, including aggressive solvents and UV cure adhesives. Suitable for use with both manual and pneuma Ɵ c dispensers up to a pressure of 100 PSI. All components are silicone-free and cer Ɵ fi ed indus- trial grade safe. Supplied in sealed boxes with labels, batch codes and C of C. Please note, these Ɵ ps are generally made to order and whilst we do stock some types, it can be around 2 to 3 weeks to build to order. Small evalua Ɵ on assorted Ɵ p boxes are available to order from stock. This allows customers to test di ff erent Ɵ ps before ordering in the boxes of bulk packs.
