Top Of Unit Dispense Area
Function A circular jig must be made to fit the top spindle. This is to place the circular parts so that the ADL-300 can index down and make the fluid deposit as the part rotates. The part must be flat when the adhesive is ap plied. The green start button can be used to start the cycle, as can the supplied foot pedal. The red stop button is used to instantly stop the table spinning and it will retract the head upwards to the home position. Adjustments can be made to the syringe barrel height position, forward and sideward positions so that the dispensing tip is at the correct position for the size and height of the circular product.

Adjusting Z-Axis Index Speeds
The standard system will accept industry 30cc and 55cc barrels (our part codes AD930-N & AD955-N). This system can be adapter to accept other size syringe barrels and dispensing valves. Additional parts can be quoted to achieve this. Ensure the tightening nut securing the syringe barrel is not loose before dispensing or the filled syringe barrel will change position during dispensing.
