The AD8203 material pressure pot is designed to accommodate many solvents, liquids and adhesives as a pressurised reservoir to feed under a controlled pressure to dispensing valves. It can be used with standard clear plastic feed tubing or with black plastic feed tubing for UV cure adhesives. And it uses standard plastic fittings or stainless steel compression fittings for a fluid path from inside the chamber to the point of use. Airtight seals ensure no leakage, air loss or air entrapment problems. The maximum 100 PSI operating pressure easily handles fluid with a viscosity up to around 25,000 CPS. The dip tube inside al lows all liquid to be fed from the base of the chamber. The pressure gauge and adjustable pressure regulator are located on top for easy reading and access. The tank includes fluid line connector kits to ensure easy setup. Air port quick connect fitting and top ported outlet. A plastic liner can be placed inside the tank chamber to reduce mess and clean-up. The main tank body and tank lid is type 304 stainless steel. A cost effective reservoir system in high quality materials.
